Overall Rating: FANTASTIC! I would rate Klimatology 10 stars if possible.
I prefer to get personal recommendations for HVAC service but I had none. I did my due diligence research from Google reviews and Reddit.
My research paid off!
1. It was easy to request an appointment online with preferred dates/times. I received a call to confirm and they told me upfront what the cost would be to check my units.
2. Keith — SUPERB service. Friendly, very knowledgeable, well prepared, and went over-and-above to assist (especially when there was a ‘hiccup’ with installing my thermostat that was not caused by him).
He communicated well about everything he was doing and was patient with me as I asked questions. He always let me know what was going on.
Prompt service. Not only was he on-time, he was early.
I will request Keith for my fall maintenance service in a few more months.
Excellent service, competitive pricing, and there were no gimmicky sales tactics to try and sell me on something I didn’t need.

While they are costly and charge a service fee each time they come out, and it's not taken off the repair cost; they get the job done.

Our a/c stopped working on a Friday night and Klimatology was at my house on Saturday morning at 7:50am. They were able to fix the a/c before 10am! I am so grateful!

THIS is the company you want. Carlos came out to our two-story house and diagnosed heating issues. While the ducting wasn't properly installed when the house was built, he was able to make some adjustments and make the temperature SO much more comfortable. Professional, friendly, good communication...everything you want in a service person coming to your home. He showed us photos of the issues and discussed next steps.
Sadly this is not the kind of thing we're used to. Previously, we had a $300+ conversation with another guy who stuck his head in the attic, did nothing, and said we needed to drop over $2k for a zoning system.

I'm thoroughly impressed with Klimatology! From the super friendly and professional office staff (so sorry I forgot the young lady's name) to the awesome technician, Keith, I couldn't be happier. I needed an evaluation of the HVAC on a home we are purchasing in Carolina Arbors. Scheduling was super easy and flexible. We were quoted a fair price, everyone communicated well and Keith was on time. He did a thorough inspection and remedied a couple of minor issues at no charge.
Now, here's the "raving fans" moment. I gave Keith a check for the quoted price and was ready to leave when he came back and said I paid too much. Wow! The check was in hand and I would have been none the wiser if he just took it. That speaks volumes about the ethics of Keith and the company.

I've been using Klimatology for a couple years now and have zero complaints. They communicate well, are straight-forward and reasonably priced. I had an issue that started last night with one of my HVAC zone dampeners - they were able to come out the next afternoon and Keith had me up and running in about an hour. My research said that job should cost between $250-$450, and I paid $381 with tax. Could be worse! 🙂
Our experience with Klimatology was excellent from start to finish. The owner of the company, Mr. Nihat Yucel personally visited us in person on a weekend day for a free initial consultation and was very professional and polite. He then promptly provided us several quotes electronically with a great variety of options to replace our downstairs and upstairs HVAC systems. The third party financing firms used (partnership between Wisetack & Citizens Pay) are also very professional and have a fantastic online interface. The installation crew led by José was awesome and provided excellent and punctual service. Mr. Nihat Yucel also came the day of installation and the day after to ensure that everything was perfect. Klimatology is a very fairly-priced, professional and highly knowledgeable HVAC company. I would highly recommend them!

Very helpful and fixed my unit quickly. Another technician could have easily told me I should replace the unit, but the technician here took the time to troubleshoot and figure out exactly what was going on. Saved me my money!
We had a number of contractors come out to give us a quote. Andrew is very knowledgeable and his integrity is impeccable. He didn't hesitate to tell us about more affordable options than we were previously considering, even when they would make less money for Klimatology.
He took many more measurements and was far more thorough than other estimators that came out. We asked all the contractors if they would be doing a Manual J calculation of our load needs based on the unique particulars of our house (old house but we've done a lot of energy efficiency retrofits) so that we don't end up with short AC cycles and high humidity in the summer time (a current problem for us). Some contractors said they rely on a rule of thumb for right-sizing. Others said they would use software to make a calculation but took no measurements. When we asked Andrew about Manual J calcs, he is the only who said "of course, we always do that". He was the only one that took all the measurements necessary to do a full Manual J calculation.
With Andrew's assistance, we came up with a stop-gap solution that will allow us to put off the HVAC upgrade until new Federal incentives come into effect next year. So, we haven't experienced Klimatology's installation work, yet, but based on Andrew's work, we will definitely be calling them in the new year.

They responded and came to my home the same day I contacted them. The technician was knowledgeable and was even kind enough to explain to me what my issue
We were in need of an estimate for a HVAC replacement system. They were very prompt in sending Andrew over . I cannot say enough great things about his professionalism and knowledge . We got a very competitive quote the same afternoon and install completed two days later . Andrew communicated with us throughout the whole process and made sure he personally checked the work done and came up with a better , eye pleasing solution to securing our gas lines . We would use them again if needed , and definitely recommend them as a business .
15-year 2nd floor A/C stopped working (ran out of refrigerant). Very thorough/transparent on their estimate and answering any questions I had. They did a full calculation to determine the existing furnace/AC was severely oversized. Installation was smooth. Will use them for maintenance and future replacements going forward
6/23/24 Sunday afternoon my heat pump a/c stopped working. I requested service via there website Sunday night. The Next morning technican Anes was at my house at 8 am. He was Professional, personable, knowledgeable and just absoutely a pleasure to work with. He got my unit up and running and cooling in 30 mins. There Cost was very reasonable. I Highly recommend Klimatology HVAC for your heat and a/c needs. The best experience I have ever had with an HVAC Company.

We could not be happier with the recent install of our HVAC system. Andrew did not try to oversell us and we ended up getting the system that was right for us at a fair price. The install was also excellent. On time, courteous, efficient, and the crew cleaned up afterwards. 100% recommended!
They come to replace my broken thermostat. Very professional and kind. Price is reasonable. I will definitely consider them if I need to update or maintain my HVAC system.
I had an HVAC service for years but the owner retired and sold his business. Last winter the furnace went out on a Saturday and the new owners were not responsive. I remembered seeing a Klimatology truck in my neighborhood, so I called them and they came out that day and fixed the furnace. A few months later the A/C was problematic and so I took bids from a few companies. Klimatology was competitive and Andrew was informative and thorough. The day of the installation, the their truck rolled up and parts were unloaded and lined up methodically. I'd never seen work crews so organized. Impressive. It was a two-day install (duct work, too) and they got the A/C working on the first day because of the high temps. Cannot say enough good things about Klimatology.
