I want to take a moment to acknowledge one of your technicians, Parker, who came to my house yesterday for winter maintenance on my two HVAC systems. Parker impressed me in several ways: He arrived on time and wore shoe covers without needing to be asked; He provided excellent service on both units and kept me updated throughout the process, explaining his actions clearly. During the maintenance, he discovered a small leak from the A/C evaporator. He explained that if left unaddressed, this leak could lead to corrosion and significant, costly damage. He promptly went to get the necessary part and quickly returned to complete the repair. Overall, it was a great experience, and I feel confident that my units will perform well throughout the winter. This service call exemplifies the high standard of work I have come to expect from Klimatology. While getting a new HVAC system can be a bit stressful, Klimatology did a great job with my new installation last week! I went to four different companies for quotes and the owner himself (Nihat) came out to do the inspection. No major upsell, very honest and sent me a quote with multiple options (Goodman/Trane) and price points the next day. Their prices are super competitive and they've got top-notch ratings on Google/Better Business Bureau. My installation was scheduled about a week later, their techs were prompt and polite, explained all the work they did and left after a long day. The initial unit had some problems but they replaced it quickly the next day after a phone call. Overall I'm super happy with their service, equipment and communications, they've done a fine job there despite some bumps. So if you're in the market for a new HVAC system, give Klimatology a call. Last winter, I had an issue with my HVAC system — it was blowing cold air. The technician, Ernest arrived on time and was very respectful of me and my home. He wore shoe covers which indicates regard for my home without my requesting it and he took the time to describe the problem with the heat so that I as a non-HVAC professional could understand the exact issue causing the heat to not work properly. Ernest completed the work in less than a hour, providing thorough and expedient service. The heat is still working and I have no complaints. The service was so outstanding that I signed up for yearly service! I will definitely continue to use this company for any future issues.
