I hired Klimatology HVAC for a heating repair work today. I called yesterday, told them it’s a rental property and left my phone and email. Until noon today I didn’t get their update on the issue or talk about repair price. I called them instead and was told the problem was fixed (which I really appreciate) and invoice would be sent shortly.
Be aware that if you won’t be at the property during repair, you might be charged whatever.
