I’m thoroughly impressed with Klimatology! From the super friendly and professional office staff (so sorry I forgot the young lady’s name) to the awesome technician, Keith, I couldn’t be happier. I needed an evaluation of the HVAC on a home we are purchasing in Carolina Arbors. Scheduling was super easy and flexible. We were quoted a fair price, everyone communicated well and Keith was on time. He did a thorough inspection and remedied a couple of minor issues at no charge.
Now, here’s the “raving fans” moment. I gave Keith a check for the quoted price and was ready to leave when he came back and said I paid too much. Wow! The check was in hand and I would have been none the wiser if he just took it. That speaks volumes about the ethics of Keith and the company.
