I didn’t get past the initial phone call. I told them I needed a central hvac system replaced, and I needed a quote on a new unit. I had the heating and cooling capacities that I needed. They said there was a $75 diagnostic fee. I said I didn’t need a diagnostic performed, I needed a quote for a replacement unit. They said the diagnostic fee was mandatory. End of call. Sounds like a jobber that sends out independent contractors for work. Not what I needed.
