In less than 4 hours today, a two-man Klimatology field team replaced my 1.5-ton HVAC system. They did a superior job—not okay, not better than average, superior. Sorry competitors: Klimatology spoiled the curve for all other comers. Superior service requires excellence in key measures. Timeliness. Cordiality and even-temperament. Professional competence and the acumen that only comes through experience. Fair price for quality materiel and workmanship. Keeping an orderly job site and leaving it as clean as it was upon arrival. The thing is that “superior service” requires simultaneous excellence in all of these. It’s like ingredients in a cake—forget eggs, it becomes a mess; leave out flour, its flat as a pancake. Services that falls short in one of the key areas is just another flat, ordinary mess. Today, Klimatology delivered, and they delivered superior service across the board. You. Just. Can’t. Go. Wrong.
