I had Nihat out to my home because the HVAC was not maintaining temperature correctly on the first floor. Another contractor told me the HVAC unit needed to be replaced. After quite a bit of research, Nihat figured out that the duct work had come apart inside the wall of the house. I don’t believe anyone else would have been so careful in their analysis of the problem to correctly diagnose this. He fixed the duct work and almost two years later the same HVAC unit is still working perfectly. I highly recommend him.
