It had been quite a while since any preventive maintenance had been done on our two heat pumps. Nihat responded quickly to our call and was able to come out right away. He caught current and potential issues and corrected an installation error that no other service people had spotted since the air handler had been installed 25 years ago. Nihat was focused, efficient, and businesslike, but friendly and communicative.
While they are costly and charge a service fee each time they come out, and it's not taken off the repair cost; they get the job done.
