Thank you for choosing our HVAC services! To ensure a smooth and efficient visit from our technician, please follow these important guidelines:
1. Emergency Procedures: If you notice a water leak that you believe is coming from your HVAC equipment, please turn off the system at the thermostat immediately. In the event of a gas smell, evacuate the premises and contact your gas provider or call 911. If your carbon monoxide detectors are sounding an alarm, leave your home right away and call 911 for assistance. Your safety is our highest priority.
2. Turn Off Your AC: If your air conditioning system is not working, please turn it off for a minimum of 2 hours before our technician arrives. The longer you can keep the system off, the better. This will help prevent the evaporator coil from freezing, minimizing the chances of incurring a return visit charge.
3. Clear and Unobstructed Area: Please ensure that there is a clean and unobstructed area around all HVAC equipment that our technicians will need access to. This includes your indoor unit, outdoor unit, attic, and crawl spaces. If possible, remove any items that might obstruct access to these areas.
4. Pet Safety: To ensure both the safety of your pets and to prevent them from escaping, we kindly ask that you keep them secured in a separate area of your home during our visit. This will help us work safely and efficiently without distractions.
5. Presence of an Adult: Please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is present during the service visit. This is important for us to proceed with the service and allows you to address any questions or concerns directly with our technician.
6. Pricing and Payment: Our technicians will provide a thorough overview of the costs involved before starting any repairs. There is a diagnostic fee of $75 per system. After completing the diagnostic, we will explain the issue and present you with a detailed estimate for the necessary repairs. Please note that full payment is expected on-site, as we do not accept later payments.
7. Potential Return Visits: Our technicians will do everything possible to get your HVAC system running during their visit. However, please be aware that sometimes parts may need to be ordered, which could require us to schedule a follow-up visit.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible, and your preparation will help us achieve that. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.
Thank you for your attention to these details. We look forward to serving you!
