Overall Rating: FANTASTIC! I would rate Klimatology 10 stars if possible.
I prefer to get personal recommendations for HVAC service but I had none. I did my due diligence research from Google reviews and Reddit.
My research paid off!
1. It was easy to request an appointment online with preferred dates/times. I received a call to confirm and they told me upfront what the cost would be to check my units.
2. Keith — SUPERB service. Friendly, very knowledgeable, well prepared, and went over-and-above to assist (especially when there was a ‘hiccup’ with installing my thermostat that was not caused by him).
He communicated well about everything he was doing and was patient with me as I asked questions. He always let me know what was going on.
Prompt service. Not only was he on-time, he was early.
I will request Keith for my fall maintenance service in a few more months.
Excellent service, competitive pricing, and there were no gimmicky sales tactics to try and sell me on something I didn’t need.
This was a great customer experience.
