Stop. Don’t keep looking. You’ve found the HVAC company you want to hire. Yes, I’m a real person. No, I haven’t been incentivized in anyway to write this review and, no, I had no prior knowledge of or relationship with this company. Nihat Yucel (Owner) and his small team are the service providers you hope to find. When someone you know needs HVAC work done, this is the company you’ll jump to say “Hey, you gotta go to my guy”.

Since we moved into our home, I’d done the regular maintenance on our two HVAC units. Both units were on the older side, so they needed tender love and care. Well, this year I was convinced against my better judgement to delegate the work to a “professional”. I ended up hiring one of these larger companies you’ve probably seen a commercial for and, wow, I could not have made a bigger mistake. They sent a kid out that was so young he could have been a fetus, who didn’t perform any of the tasks outlined in their maintenance, couldn’t answer basic questions and didn’t look like he’d ever seen a multimeter before, tried all kinds of shady up-sells, and then ultimately caused my compressor to blow a terminal beyond repair. My unit was toast, that company was the type of garbage that makes everyone resent having to hire someone so there was no use reaching back out to them. And so, of course I had to start looking for another company to replace both of my units immediately since it only made sense to replace both with age as a factor and since we were on the verge of 90º weather everyday.

In total, I’d reached out to 6 different HVAC companies. Every single one of them gave us replacement costs that were, no exaggeration, $4K-$5K more expensive than what Yucel and Klimatology gave us. On top of that, all of them followed suite in their up-sell practices and shady talk that made you uncomfortable making a decision. Klimatology literally felt like a godsend and completely took the stress out of an issue that is extremely stressful.ucel came out promptly the next day or two after I’d called in, plainly asked me what I was looking for help with instead of giving me a “good, better, best” BS diagnoses and sales pitch, and then sent me the best quote we received on the HVAC brand we actually wanted with no frills or up-selling attached. I wish I had more characters available in this review to give you even more details into how great of an experience this was, but I don’t, so I’ll try to summarize the rest here shortly. Not only was Yucel amazing, but every single one of his employees were courteous, extremely professional, extremely patient, extremely knowledgeable, truly cared about the quality of their work, and did an amazing job. They installed two units very well in all of 4-6 hours. When I went to inspect the work, they even did things that weren’t outlined in the job or even required, like sealing holes or gaps in my ductwork where they saw them, painting my gas line, etc. I can’t say enough about them.

Yucel came by later that day to inspect the work himself and collect payment. He and I had time to talk and he admitted to me that he has purposefully kept his team and company on the smaller side, one, so that he could keep the overhead low and pass on the savings to his customers and two, so that he can ensure the work is consistent and high quality. I would 100% say that is the experience that I had and I would truly bet money that I would NOT have had that experience with any of the other companies I had come out, all of whom were much larger than Klimatology. Furthermore, there are the intangibles that you really can’t sell or put a price on. What I mean by this is character. Yucel, and his team, all had great personal and professional character. At one point, after Yucel knew the money was in the bank for the work, he stopped me to tell me that “HVAC’s are very complicated systems. I hope nothing will go wrong, but if anything goes wrong, please don’t be upset, just give us a call and we will come out immediately to fix it.” That, to me, was the icing on the cake in terms of solidifying the good impression I already had of Yucel and his team. HVAC’s are very intricate systems. I know because I took care of ours for years. I looked Yucel in the eye and told him that, after the experience we had with them, the units could catch fire tonight and I wouldn’t be upset. 2 weeks later and they’re running amazingly. All of the caulking and detailed work are holding up fantastically. Using Klimatology for your HVAC needs is a bulletproof decision on a service that’s really tough to feel confident about.
