15-year 2nd floor A/C stopped working (ran out of refrigerant). Very thorough/transparent on their estimate and answering any questions I had. They did a full calculation to determine the existing furnace/AC was severely oversized. Installation was smooth. Will use them for maintenance and future replacements going forward
